So I finally got some frames bought and hung them up to see what they'd look like. I have to say that I LOVE them. At first I wasn't sure how I felt about how it all came together but the more I looked at it and every time I walked by I just fell in love with it. Now I've got to get all of the frames painted black and figure out what pictures I want hung up. I have feeling this is going to be the hard part.

Its looking good Shan!! Filling the frames is ALWAYS the hardest part for me :) I am excited to see the progress & I love the letter "V" added in there too!
Ooooh its looking VERY good. I agree - the V is super cute. I love how its a different kind of V than the usual ones you always see. When I did my wall like this in my bedroom (like 2 years ago!) I had to make a giant map on butcher paper and trace everything and put that up on the wall so I knew I'd like it before I put holes in the wall!! haha I'm a weirdo.
I was going to cut out templates out of newspaper for my frames and hang them on the wall but I was too excited about it and just laid them out on my bed and tried to envision what it would look like on the wall. Then I just went for it and hung them up. And I only had to switch two frames so for the most part it worked great. But everything I read online said to do templates first.
